    Product Informaiton
Designed to greatly exceed the British Home Office specifications for a law
enforcement video and audio wearable evidence gathering camcorder, the
P-313 delivers megapixel high-definition visual and dual-audio recording
at a resolution of 1920x1080 at 30 IPS for ten hours non-stop to two
32GB (total storage 64GB) SDHC cards. Both cards are removable and
can be played back on any PC with date and time stamped on each image
frame. Special contracts are available for encrypted video and audio and
exclusive recovery decoder/players. The P-313 automatically starts recording
as soon as it is switched on, constantly maintaining the last 45 seconds of
video in a rolling first-in first-out (FIFO) buffer. If one of the record buttons
is pressed this buffer is stored to the SDHC card, and normal recording
operation begins. In this way, pressing the record button not only gives
instant recorded video, but also gives the full 45 seconds of buffered video
recorded prior to the record button being activated. Recording stops when
both record buttons are pressed at the same time, preventing accidental
    stopping and possible evidence loss.
The snapshot button can be pressed at any time to record a full 5 megapixel
snapshot of the camera’s current field of view. Tests under poor lighting
conditions have produced clear images of faces and vehicle registration
plates at 12 metres while full video streaming at 30 IPS, and at closer to 20
    metres in snapshot mode.
Special versions designed and built to contract.
